ORDER PROCESSING:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, order processing takes approximately 1 week. If for any reason it takes longer we will contact you and inform you about the delay. Once your order has been finished, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be levied upon delivery.
NON-DELIVERY:
In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Lasso is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. In cases like these, Lasso is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
SERVICE DELAYS:
Lasso is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. Similarly, we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, such as clearance delays. Orders shipped outside the US & Canada may take up to 3 weeks to arrive at its destination.
