Lasso products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
Lasso products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (“the Warranty Period) directly through Lasso’s online shop at itslasso.com. Lasso does not warrant, and is not responsible for any other rope dog accessories made by anyone other than Lasso. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any product that fails in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, provided that you shall be responsible for any transportation charges.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by Lasso of this Warranty, and Lasso’s sole and entire liability for such breach, is, at Lasso’s option, to repair or replace the defective Lasso product or, if the warranty claim is submitted during the first thirty (30) calendar days of the Warranty Period, refund the purchase price of the defective Lasso product. Replacement or repaired Lasso products are warranted as above only for the remainder of the original applicable Warranty Period.
This Warranty does not apply to: (i) fraying, unless product frays abnormally due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship (ii) nicks, stains and fitting dents (iIi) damage caused by chewing, scratching, rough play, accidents, abuse or misuse (iv) damage caused by repairs by anyone who is not an authorized Lasso craftsman. Furthermore, this limited warranty does not apply to the following products: (i) on sale items (ii) products purchased through authorized Lasso retailers; in such case it is up to the retailers warranty policies if any (iii) products purchased second hand.

This information is required before a warranty claim can be accepted. Once a claim is submitted, allow up to 7 days for processing and we will contact you back, hence starting the Limited Warranty process.
