What type of materials do you work with?
We work with different types of rope giving each product a distinctive characteristic and functionality. Besides rope, we use brass fittings which have great corrosive resistance. How do I measure my dog’s neck size?
To measure your dog’s neck size we recommend using a flexible measuring tape for a more accurate measurement. Do not measure it extremely tight or too loose, try staying true to your dog’s neck size. The cotton rope is very soft and slides easily over the dog’s head without causing harm. Another way of knowing your dog’s neck size is by measuring its current collar.
How do you put the collars on the dogs neck?
This depends on the style of collar you choose. Our training & standard styles are designed to slide over the dogs head, but don't worry as our rope is very soft and slides easily over the dog’s head without causing harm. However, we also offer the clip-on style which clips on and off with out the need to put it over your dogs head.
What rope thickness should I choose?
You can choose between 2 rope thicknesses: 1/2" & 1/4" rope depending on your dog's breed. The 1/2" is our thickest rope meant for M & L dogs. The 1/4" rope is our thinnest rope suitable for the tiniest of breeds specially for XS & S dogs. We also have recycled rope in 3/8" per request.
What if I want to change my order details after check out?
Lasso accepts changes to orders that are made on the same day of the purchase. Write us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the changes you wish to make and we will get back to you with a confirmation email that we've received your request.
What if I choose an incorrect combination?
In the case that you accidentally choose a rope color that is not available in the chosen rope thickness or size we will contact you at the email you have provided during your check out with the available options. If we do not hear back from you in 2 work days, we will try to contact you again via the same method. If we receive no answer again in 2 days work, we will proceed in making your order as placed originally.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept PayPal but with this service we can accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with their service. Payments must be received within 5 days of purchase. Please note that payments must be cleared before an item is mailed out.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can use PayPal as a guest, securely. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method. Upon checkout you will be directed to PayPal's website to process your payment.

If you wish to return your items for any reason other than manufacturing defects or mistakes from Lasso, you can become eligible for a full refund or full store credit. No re-stocking fees will apply but Lasso will NOT provide a return-shipping label. Items must be received within 30 days after being received and must be in undamaged, unworn, unwashed conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Lasso ships worldwide to almost every country, and to ensure a parity of care, our policies apply equally to everyone. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired product(s) to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for delivery.
How long will delivery of my order take?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, order processing takes approximately 1 week. Products sold during Black Friday sale, Cyber Monday sale or other annual sales will be shipped in no less than 2 weeks. If for any reason it takes longer we will contact you and inform you about the delay. Once your order has been finished, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery time depends on the method of shipment you have chosen.
Do you have any Warranty Policies?
Lasso products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer directly through Lasso’s online shop.
